This is the minimum standard for the ideal man at any age.

AM

  • Make your bed

  • Conduct explosive and dynamic physical fitness training

  • Conduct personal hygiene

  • Eat a highly nutritious meal

  • Review yesterdays journal entry

  • Make a written work plan for today

  • Pray

  • Execute todays work plan.

Lunch

  • Eat a highly nutritious meal

  • Grow professional network

  • Pray

PM 

  • Conclude todays work plan

  • Make your daily journal entry:

    • What went well, what needed improvement

    • Any new network contacts

    • Jobs and goals completed

    • Jobs and goals ongoing

    • New jobs and new goals

    • Fitness gains and diet goals

    • Any significant events

  • Eat a highly nutritious meal

  • 30 minutes of Enthusiastic Spiritual growth 

  • 30 minutes of Diligent Academic study

  • 30 minutes of Rigorous Martial discipline

  • Conduct personal hygiene

  • Nurture your family and train the dog. Have a dog.

  • Property maintenance and domestic errands

  • Pray

  • Rest. No more, no less than 8 hours of sleep.
