In a MOLLE compatible, military grade pouch, clearly marked:

2x Latex Gloves

1x Trauma shears

Laminated card: 

• YOUR name, YOUR allergies, YOUR blood type, YOUR prescription (Rx) medications, YOUR emergency contact info

M. (Massive Hemorrhage) 

• CoTCCC approved Tourniquet

• Optional but suggested Combat Gauze or HEMCON

• 1x 6” Ace wrap

• 1x Vacuum sealed gauze

A. (Airway)

• NPA

R. (Respiration)

• 2x Hydra-gel based chest seals (Hyfin, HALO etc…)

• 1x 14ga Angio-cath

• 3” Medical Tape (Speed tabbed)

C. (Circulation)

• Sharpie & Casualty Card

• 1x Ace wrap (for a total of 2)

• 1x Vacuum sealed gauze (for a total of 2)

H. (Hypothermia/Head injury)

• 1x Emergency Blanket.

The below items should be inside the IFAK pouch, but separated from the above items in a zipper baggy

• Mouth to mouth mask

• 6” Curved medical clamps (Hemostats)

• 1x #10 disposable scalpel

• 3x Iodine and 3x alcohol pads

• Tweezers and 3x disposable needles

• Moleskin
